You retain ownership of your input messages, but by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your input and the generated content solely to operate and improve the Service.

3. AI Disclaimer

The responses from your Bestie are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be fictional, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unpredictable. They are not advice (legal, medical, mental health, or otherwise). You acknowledge that you understand the AI may respond in ways that feel emotionally real but are entirely synthetic.

4. Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any disruption or loss of content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI system

• Abuse, game, or spam the system or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.
